Sunny World provides office spaces to suit a wide range of business needs including executive suites, host desking, fully serviced and shared spaces. The centre is manned by a professional support staff and the reception area is staffed during working hours to greet guests and receive deliveries. Meeting rooms can be made available as needed to complement the video conferencing equipment that is available to all tenants. A comfortable lounge area is available for informal meetings and relaxation.

Situated less than a block from Yuan Tong subway station and within easy reach of the rest of Nanjing, Sunny World business centre is well placed for business and leisure as it also overlooks Hexi Central Park. This area is also serviced by numerous bus routes and the international airport is about 40 minutes drive depending on traffic conditions.
